Combine 1st four ingredients in a saucepan & boil, stirring occasionally.
Bring temperature to 245 degrees and remove from heat.
Add vanilla and baking soda (it will bubble up).
Pour over popcorn in buttered baking sheet (I use the bottom of a broiler).
Bake 300 degrees 15 minutes, toss and back in oven, 15 minutes, toss and
continue doing this until popcorn is all covered and crispy and looks like
the picture above.
Store in air tight container or it will get soft and sticky. I use a large tin
can lined with wax paper.
