SPECIAL WEDNESDAY NIGHT GAME NOV 5TH

On the first Wednesday of every month we will be participating in an event with several clubs across the nation. Hands are pre-dealt and after the game we will receive an expert analysis of how the bidding and play could/should have proceeded on every hand. It is a wonderful opportunity to improve your bidding and play and learn from the experts. There will be no extra charge to participate in the event so plan to attend!

*FREE* GAME AND LUNCH AT MARINA

On Tuesday Dec 2 at 11:00 there will be sit down lunch served followed by a unit game at the Southbay Fish and Grill, 570 Marina Pkw, Chula Vista. You automatically qualify for this event if you belong to the unit OR have played in 5 sanctioned games held by a club in our unit. In order to attend, you must sign up by November 25th. If for some reason you can't make it after signing up, please let us know so the unit won't get charged.

NEW GAME TIME AND PLACE

Eastlake Bridge Club will now hold both it's games at the Pavilion. This location will be closer for most of our members and is a beautiful atmosphere for a game. We will be able to start the game at 10:30 a.m. which makes it a lot easier for people who have early afternoon commitments. We're delighted with this opportunity.

PRE-GAME WEDNESDAY NIGHT LESSON POSTED

At 6:30 pm on Wednesdays, there is 30 minute lesson on a specific bidding or play stategy. This is included in the game fee ($5.00). We are now posting the lesson for our members who have to miss the class for one reason or another. To see the lesson/quiz, go to the Calendar and click on the underlined "VIEW LESSON" from one of the past weeks posted after the 6:30 lesson. Lesson 1 was posted Oct 8, and every week since then. REFRESHER / LEARN TO PLAY BRIDGE FOR FREE!

Eastlake Bridge Club is starting another series of beginning/refresher bridge for anyone who is interested or couldn't make it to the first series. These lessons are designed for FUN and to be a quick introduction to modern methods of bidding and play. They follow the easybridge format. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
